It is reported that the National Police Commission stated that 11,450 complaints have been received against the police this year regarding bias.
Accordingly, it is stated that 9774 complaints have been received by the 1960 hotline established to receive public complaints, other complaints have been received by the Public Complaints Investigation Division, and more than 1800 complaints have been resolved so far.
Also, the National Police Commission has further stated that the public has complained against the police officers regarding the non-investigation of complaints, misuse of power and assaults, and that the people have the opportunity to complain against the illegal actions of the police 24 hours a day through the 1960 hotline number.
