It is reported that the Court of Appeal has ordered the respondents including the Minister of Health to file objections to a petition filed requesting the issuance of a writ of invalidation of the registration granted to 8 types of vaccines manufactured by a local company.
The Court of Appeal has issued this order after considering the writ petitions submitted by two activists of the United Human Rights Organization.
Accordingly, it is stated that the court has ordered the Minister of Health Keheliya Rambukwella, the authorities of the National Drug Regulatory Authority and others who have been named as respondents, to file any objections related to the petition on October 2nd.
