It is reported that a Sri Lankan youth is among the dead in the recent Halloween celebration in South Korea.
It has now been revealed that the Sri Lankan youth is a 27-year-old resident of Kandy.
Mr. Ali Sabri, Minister of Foreign Affairs and President’s Counsel has informed that they are closely investigating the Sri Lankans who are currently staying in South Korea with the embassy.
According to reports, 151 people have died and 82 people have been injured in this accident, and the national day of mourning announced in South Korea will continue until November 5th, according to the country’s media.
