The Governor of the Central Bank Ajith Nivard Cabraal has met the Governor of the Central Bank of Qatar Sheikh Al Thani during his visit to Qatar.
According to the Qatar News Agency, they evaluated the existing bilateral relations between the two countries in the financial and banking sectors and focused on further developing those ties.
The Central Bank of Sri Lanka and the Central Bank of Qatar also discussed cooperation, post-covid economic revival and Sri Lanka-Qatar economic relations, the Governor of the Central Bank Ajith Nivard Cabraal said in a Twitter message.
