An increase in hospital-dependent Covid infections dependent on oxygen

It is reported that there is a slight increase in the number of patients who are dependent on oxygen in hospitals.
This has increased by about 10% in the last week, said Dr. Anwar Hamdani, Director, Medical Technical Services.
He further stated that 48% of the total beds in hospitals are overcrowded.
According to him, nearly 6,000 people are currently being treated in hospitals due to the rapid spread of Omicron.
According to Dr. Anwar Hamdani, 64 of these patients are in the Intensive Care Unit and another 106 are dependent on oxygen.
