Anthare convener arrested
The convener of the Inter University Students Federation Wasantha Mudalige and the President of the Jayewardenepura University Students’ Union Amila Sandeepa were arrested by the police in Ratmalana this morning (06), police spokesman Senior DIG Ajith Rohana said. They have been arrested for protesting against the Kotelawala University Act near Parliament and injuring the Maharagama OIC.
