Our Janabala Party has canceled the party membership of Ven. Athuraliye Rathana Thero.
Its chairman Nimal G. Punchihewa stated that the secretary of the association had also informed the Elections Commission about this.
Ven. Athuraliye Rathana Thero was first elected to Parliament in 2004 representing the Jathika Hela Urumaya and has been sworn in as a Member of Parliament four times since then.
Accordingly, Ven. Athuraliye Rathana Thero was sworn in as a Member of Parliament on January 05.
