The Cabinet of Ministers of the Government of Sri Lanka has been reshuffled. According to this amendment, the former Minister of Education, G. L. Peiris was sworn in as the new Minister of External Affairs and Dinesh Gunawardena was sworn in as the new Minister of Education.
Pavithra Wanniarachchi, who was the Minister of Health, was the Minister of Transport, Keheliya Rambukwella, who was the Minister of Mass Media, was the Minister of Health and Dullas Alahapperuma, who was the Minister of Power, was the Minister of Mass Media.
Gamini Lokuge was sworn in as the new Minister of Transport and Namal Rajapaksa has been appointed as the Minister of Development Coordinating Supervision.
Namal Rajapaksa was appointed to this post in addition to his current post of Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports.
