Parliamentarian Rishad Bathiudeen has filed an appeal against the Court of Appeal’s order to reforest the Wilpattu Sanctuary at its own expense.
The decision was taken when the appeal was taken up before Justices Murdu Fernando and S. Thurairajah today.
