A total of 51 people, including 11 children, were diagnosed with the Kovid-19 virus at an orphanage under the age of 5 today (05).
After confirming that a maid at the orphanage was infected with Covid, the antigen tests done by the others also identified Covid as infected.
Kovid is at risk at the Sujatha Sevana Children’s Home in Bandarawela and today the Bandarawela Medical Officer of Health has conducted antigen tests.
Accordingly, in addition to the 11 children, a group including 06 maids, teachers, two in the restaurant and 07 children detained on court orders have been identified as infected with Kovid.
