President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has made a phone call to Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Through this call, the President of Ukraine has asked the Prime Minister of India to help launch a peace program with Russia.
India is following a quiet policy during a period when America and Britain leading European countries are imposing sanctions on Russia and besides China, India is also the second largest country that receives crude oil from Russia.
President Zelensky has stated that if India decides to be loyal to Russia based on these factors, it will be a disadvantage for Ukraine.
