K. who lives in the area called Chaitya Raja, which was a drawback for the devotees who worship in that temple. V. The Chaitya King Temple has been completed under the guidance of Dambulle Wimalaratne Nayaka Thero, with the main financial expense of Mr. Siripala and the contribution of local residents.
A ceremony for the installation of the statue of King Chaitya, newly built in Palamadulla Kahawatta Purana Gallenkanda Aranya Senasana, will be held at the temple tomorrow and the next day (2023.02.04 and 05).
On 02.04.2023, at 06.30 in the evening, the statue will be taken in procession to Aranya Senasana and after giving a sermon until dawn that night, the devotees will be given the opportunity to worship the statue at 10.03 on the auspicious moment of (2023.02.05).
It is reported that the ceremony will end with the offering of alms on the theme of the Maha Sangha that afternoon.
