Member of Parliament Harini Amarasuriya says that a government without a mandate cannot take decisions regarding the sale of Sri Lanka Telecom, Insurance Corporation etc.
She mentioned this while speaking to the media after a discussion held yesterday (01) with the representatives of the National Resource Conservation Movement.
