It is reported that the police found a dead body of a woman near a deserted house.
The body was found near a deserted house in Katunayake Walpola area yesterday morning (29).
The deceased was a 46-year-old resident of Katiyala Demanhandiya area.
It has been revealed that she was living with her husband’s mother, father and daughter and left the house on the 25th last saying that she was going to a relative’s house in Walpola area.
The cause of death has not yet been revealed and the Katunayake Police are conducting further investigations.
