It is reported that the All Ceylon Tricycle Drivers Association has stated that a draft related to the regulation of three-wheelers has been given to the Attorney General’s Department by the Ministry of Transport.
The chairman of the association, Mr. Lalith Dharmasekara, stated that the three-wheeler drivers and consumers have been in a lot of trouble due to the lack of action related to the regulation of three-wheelers for a long time.
