Ceylon Teachers Union says that the delay in the evaluation process is causing great injustice to the candidates even though it has been two weeks since the A-level examination.
Its Chief Secretary Mr. Joseph Stalin stated that the Ministry of Finance has decided to reduce one thousand rupees from the proposed payments for evaluation activities.
Meanwhile, the examination department has stated that the payment of a daily allowance of 2000 rupees has been received for the evaluation of the General Certificate of Education A Level Examination and the recruitment of answer sheet examiners will be done through the online system until the 8th of March.
