It is reported that someone has started a fast in front of the Jaffna Municipal Council today (19).
He is on a fast because of the fact that garbage is dumped at his house from a building near his house in the Pedurutuduwa area belonging to the Jaffna Municipal Council.
Although the Jaffna Municipal Council officials discussed with the hunger striker, he remained at the same place without giving up the hunger strike.
