It is reported that a suspect has been arrested by the officers of Kataragama Kawantissapura Police Special Task Force Camp with 05 fake 5000 rupees notes showing the same number and has been handed over to Tissamaharama Police.
A resident of Debarawewa, Gemunupura area has been arrested.
This suspect was also arrested last year with two fake 5000 notes and a printer and it is said that he is a laboratory officer of Beralihela Kudagammana 3 school.
It is also reported that he has been banned from work due to this incident.
