It is reported that a shooting has taken place in the Korathota area of Navagamuwa police jurisdiction this morning.
The police said that the shooting took place in front of a building material store in Korathota area.
The police say that two people who came on a motorcycle shot in the air in front of the shop and fled.
Navagamuwa Police is conducting further investigations regarding the incident.
