Inland Revenue Commissioner General W.A. Sepalika Chandrasekara says that the Inland Revenue Department has paid special attention to 100 people with high assets.

In a statement, she said that the income, assets and filing history of the 100 super rich will be thoroughly reviewed.

For that purpose, a special category called the High Wealthy Individuals Division has been prepared and it is said that a team of 10 experts has been assigned for its investigations.

According to the announcement, they are being studied very closely.

Under this, the Inland Revenue Department has said that it is planned to update the records of people with high assets as well as identify errors and deficiencies.
