A STATE OF EMERGENCY IN THE STATE OF MALAWI DUE TO A CYCLONE

It is reported that 99 people have died in the state of Malawi due to Cyclone Freddie.

The country’s disaster management agency says the commercial capital of Blantyre has been severely damaged and another 134 people have been injured by the cyclone. It is reported that a state of emergency has been declared in the state of Malawi due to the fact that the country’s authorities have declared that this situation may increase further.
