It is reported that an ID card of the Criminal Investigation Department was found in the wallet of a suspect who was arrested by the Hambegamuwa Police on charges of sexually assaulting a woman.
It is said that the suspect is a 30-year-old man and further investigations are being carried out as to how such an identity card came into the possession of the suspect.
