It is reported that the driver of the lorry sustained serious injuries and was admitted to the Balangoda Primary Hospital in an accident that occurred this morning (05) when a bus and a lorry collided at the Balangoda Allepola area on the Colombo-Badulla main road.
Police have said that the accident occurred when the lorry collided with a Sri Langama bus belonging to Homagama depot which was running from Badulla to Colombo.
It is said that investigations have been started to arrest the driver of the bus.
