The National Cancer Campaign states that about 900 children are affected by cancer every year in this country.
Mr. Suraj Perera, an expert of the National Suppression Campaign, said that most of those children are victims of blood cancer or leukemia. He also said that there are also people who are victims of bone-related and brain-related cancers. He further stated that these cancer conditions should be identified at an early stage and treated properly. If you resort to remedies, you can be cured.
He further stated that cancer awareness programs will be implemented in conjunction with the International Childhood Cancer Day, which is today (15).
