It is reported that five aircraft belonging to Airbus A320 NEO group of Sri Lankan Airlines have been grounded due to shortage of aircraft spare parts.
The announcement issued in this regard has stated that due to the crisis that has arisen around the world, it will take a long time to procure the necessary spare parts, and SriLankan Airlines is working with suppliers to resolve this crisis.
Also, it is reported that these planes have been stopped due to a financial crisis, but because of the difficulty in procuring spare parts.
