It is said that the earthquake occurred at around 8.24 am local time today (13).
The country’s authorities have stated that the earthquake was felt for less than 10 seconds.
However, no information has been reported about the loss of life or property.
The US Geological Survey said local authorities had been alerted to possible damage and aftershocks.
