It is reported that the Ministry of Finance has decided to make the payments for people with other abilities, undiagnosed kidney patients and people receiving elderly assistance through the Insured Benefit System.
It is reported that the relevant payments are to be made with effect from the first day of April.
Accordingly, it is said that 410,000 people with other abilities receiving assistance will be given a monthly allowance of 7,500 rupees each and 50,000 people receiving kidney assistance will be given an allowance of 7,500 rupees each.
Apart from this, 820,000 people receiving elderly assistance will be given an allowance of 3,000 rupees each.
The Ministry of Finance has stated that these allowances should be paid from April 1 this year to March 3, 2025.
