It is reported that the students arrested in connection with the incident of torture of a female student at Sabaragamuwa University have been released on bail.
It is reported that after presenting the suspects before the Balangoda Magistrate’s Court this afternoon (29), they were released on bail of one lakh rupees each.
Six students and one female student were arrested in connection with the incident.
