It is reported that the Colombo Chief Magistrate’s Court has ordered the release of cricketer Sachitra Senanayake, who was remanded in custody on the charge of match-fixing, on bail.
The Magistrate has mentioned that the suspect will be released on bail as no facts have been revealed that the suspect has influenced the witnesses during the investigation period.
But it is said that the court has issued another order prohibiting the foreign travel of the suspect Sachitra Senanayake.
