Children’s mortality Indian medicines.

Uzbekistan stated that 18 children had died after drinking a liquid cough medicine produced by an Indian pharmaceutical company.
BBC The news agency reported that the drug was manufactured by a company called Marion Biotech.
The Ministry of Health of Uzbekistan stated that the medicine contained poisonous ethylene glycol and that the children’s adults had given the medicine to the children without seeking medical advice.
It is also reported that 69 children died after drinking a liquid medicine in Gambia.
