EIGHT INJURED IN A CAR ACCIDENT.

It is reported that eight people were injured in a head-on collision between a van traveling from Colombo to Eravoor and a jeep traveling from Polonnaruwa to Habarana at Batu Oya area on Polonnaruwa-Habarana main road this afternoon (24). It is said that 4 children, 3 women and a man were among the injured. The driver of the car was also arrested.
