Flights between Jaffna and Chennai resume.

Flights between Jaffna and Chennai in India will be started again from today (12). Thus, flights between Jaffna and Chennai will start after 02 years.
With the spread of Covid-19 in 2019, these flights were temporarily suspended.
The Civil Aviation Authority announced that the first flight carrying passengers from Chennai Airport will reach the International Airport today (12) at 10.50 am.
Accordingly, the flight is scheduled to leave for Chennai at 11.50 am. Also, the Civil Aviation Authority stated that these flights are operating on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
