It is reported that Opanayake Police has arrested a teacher who sexually assaulted school children by showing obscene scenes on his mobile phone.
A 34-year-old teacher residing in Deiendara, Katiape area has been arrested.
The police say that 15 boys and girls studying in the 6th grade of a school in Opanayake area have been sexually assaulted by showing obscene scenes.
It is said that the arrested suspect teacher is scheduled to be presented to the court today (16).
