IMF loan delayed

A spokesperson of the International Monetary Fund has stated to the foreign media that the 2.9 billion dollar comprehensive financial relief that was supposed to be given to Sri Lanka will not be given before the end of this year.
And he has further stated that the debt restructuring process in Sri Lanka needs to undergo further changes.
