India’s health minister is shot.

India’s Odisha State Health Minister Naba Kisor Das said that an assistant sub-inspector shot the minister in the chest when he was coming out of his car to participate in a program in Jrsuguda district of Odisha. Foreign media reports that the IGP is suffering from a monthly illness.
