Retired Lieutenant General Jagath Dias said that the Tamil people do not have a country and therefore they have been looking for a country since the past while joining the Challenge program of Jaya TV channel.
He pointed out that at a time when Israel did not have a country, they were able to acquire a country due to the influence of the West, and because the Tamil people did not have a country, they first tried to get it from India, and because India did not agree to divide their country further, they turned towards Sri Lanka.
It was pointed out that the Vadamarachchi operation went down in history as the first organized operation against terrorists in the history of Sri Lanka and that operation was also stopped due to Indian influence.
He pointed out that the 13th amendment is on the horizon because the political leaders of this country did not have a plan, and India’s need is to divide this country.
