The Family Health Bureau of the Ministry of Health states that malnutrition among children under the age of 05 in Sri Lanka has also increased.
According to the agency, the malnutrition among these children has risen to 15.3%.
This has been revealed in a survey conducted all over the island. However, it has also been revealed that this situation has stunted the growth of children in all the districts of the island compared to last year.
These children are starving today as a result of the hundreds of thousands of crores of exploitation that happened in the country. The biggest impact here is that no country will come forward to get a worker from a country suffering from malnutrition.
In that case, the people of the country will not be able to get a job opportunity abroad.
If this situation continues to worsen like this, it will only cause the country to fall into more trouble. But it is unfortunate for the country as well as for us that the powerful ruling class of the country still does not understand this.
