The Maha Sangharatna protested in front of the Parliament entrance today (8) against the full implementation of the 13th Constitution by the President. It is said that a heated situation arose when the police objected to the Lord’s attempt to proceed towards Parliament through Polduwa intersection.
It is reported that a person named Kamanta Thushara was arrested along with Balangoda Kassapa Thero for holding a satyagraha by blocking the entrance to the Parliament.
