KIBULAKU IN KUTTAM POND- ALTHOUGH TOURISTS DO NOT KNOW

The public visiting Anuradhapura has pointed out that there is a kibula in the Kuttam Pond.

Animals such as kibulans are common in watery areas. But there are many chances of having such a dangerous animal in a famous place like Kuttampokuna, which is a place where many tourists hang out.

Mostly children go near the pond to feed the fish in the pond. A piece of board with a kibulaku is displayed in only one place around the pond. It is also not a systematic notification.

Are the responsible officials waiting for a tourist to be endangered by this qibula? The Department of Archeology or any other responsible authority should deal with this very quickly before there is any danger to the tourists and secure the people.
