It is reported that the captain of the Sri Lankan cricket team, Kusal Mendis, said in a press conference held yesterday (15) afternoon that he is not willing to change despite being given the leadership and hopes to bat in the same way as he has batted in the previous matches.
He mentioned that although the batting has made some changes in the practice matches of the World Cup, it is not a big change.
Kusal Mendis further stated that he followed the method of hitting the wrong ball coming to him, he did not expect any change like leadership before participating in this tournament, and even if it is so, he will not put pressure on the leadership.
