It is reported that the President has appointed 60 officers for the Presidential Staff and the related gazette notification has been issued by the President’s Secretary Saman Ekanayake.
Accordingly, a group of presidential senior assistant secretaries, full-time directors, presidential assistant secretaries, accountants and financial officers have been appointed and it is stated that these appointments have been made by the president in accordance with the provisions of article forty-one of the constitution.
