Mr. Sajith Premadasa, the leader of the opposition, mentions that there are hundreds of thousands of people in Sri Lanka who do not have even a single meal.
He said that those who used to eat three meals will eat only one meal today.
He further said that this unfortunate situation has been caused to the country because of the decisions made by the person who claimed to be the hero of 2019.
Therefore, he said that 69 lakh people are requested to support Samagi Jana Balawega this time.
The opposition leader Mr. Sajith Premadasa states that the new freedom struggle that will build the country will begin after the upcoming local government elections.
He also says that the work of identifying financial fraudsters is being done by contacting the institutions with the knowledge of international financing.
He said this about several public rallies organized by Samagi Jana Balawega for the local government elections
