Selection of Commission members is delayed.

In the last week, applications were invited for the selection of members for the independent commission, and since about two thousand applications have been received so far, the applicants have sent applications to several commissions, and because some candidates did not meet the qualifications, members for the independent commissions have been selected.  It is reported that the appointment will be further delayed.
