It is reported that the Forum for Children in Parliament has decided to start the program of providing sex education to children from pre-school to high school in collaboration with the Ministry of Health from March 7th.
Although it is essential to integrate the Ministry of Education for this program, it is said that the Ministry has not been able to complete the preparation of the books to be distributed to the children so far, which has led to the above decision.
The Ministry of Health has prepared the syllabus jointly with the National Institute of Education and the Ministry of Education has taken over the preparation of the books according to the syllabus.
Since the ministry has not yet fulfilled that responsibility, it was decided to start the program jointly with the Ministry of Health.
According to the syllabus, the graphic design prepared by the Ministry of Health will be uploaded on the internet on that day, the chairperson said.
