Hon. President Gotabhaya Rajapaksa has issued an order to deploy security forces throughout the country for public safety, Deputy Speaker Ranjith Siyambalapitiya stated in Parliament today (08).
This order has been issued in accordance with the powers vested in the President under Section 12 of Section 40 of the Public Security Act.
