SUBMIT 13 PROPOSALS BEFORE 15 – PRESIDENT’S SECRETARY.

It is reported that the President’s Secretary has informed all the party leaders in writing to submit the proposals regarding the 13th Constitutional Amendment on or before August 15th and to submit the relevant proposals as agreed at the All-Party Conference held at the President’s Office under the chairmanship of President Ranil Wickramasinghe.
