It is reported that Mr. Madhushanka Dissanayake has been appointed as the new Director General of Sri Lanka Telecommunications Regulatory Commission.
This new appointment has been made by President Ranil Wickramasinghe as the Minister in charge of Technology, effective from today (11).
Accordingly, the new Director General Mr. Madhushanka Dissanayake holds a postgraduate degree in Information Technology Systems Management from the University of Melbourne, Australia, a postgraduate degree in Public Management from the University of Colombo, a degree in Computer Systems and Networking from the Curtin University of Technology, Australia, and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Open University of Sri Lanka.
