The fate of the women who flew away in search of life.

A large number of Sri Lankan women who went abroad in search of life are now helpless in Middle Eastern countries.
It has been revealed that many such women who have gone to Oman to work abroad are trapped and suffering from various oppressions.
The women who left for domestic work like this are being harassed by the people of the country and suffering due to the theories of the corrupt people in this country.
However, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has approved the repatriation of 25 out of 115 women who were victims of domestic violence in Oman.
Such approval has been given along with the provision of funds by the Foreign Employment Bureau.
The Sri Lankan Embassy in the country stated that around 115 affected women are currently being held in a safe house.
Investigating officers state that there is a high risk of women escaping from the safe house where they are kept.
