He pointed out that although many foreign popular actors and actresses as well as the owners of various major companies are expected to come to Sri Lanka, they are unable to come to Sri Lanka due to reasons such as lack of facilities, food or proper privacy.
He points out that most of the high-end hotels in Sri Lanka are owned by foreign companies, and the income from those hotels is transmitted to those countries in dollars. Therefore, it has become difficult to retain dollar reserves in this country.
Focusing on this, the time has come to bring the dollar reserves to the country by providing necessary support for such activities and to retain the dollars in the country.
The authorities are also paying attention to this and should do such activities to get dollar reserves for the country using the resources of the country under proper programs.
The time has come to harvest the fruits that can be reaped without allowing the resources to be destroyed. The time of begging on a resource mine should end. The time has come to reap the proper fruits.
The country should be taken forward by allowing the youth with new ideas.
