It is reported that a police sergeant who was traveling on the Victoria Bridge in Colombo has fallen from the bridge into the Kelani River and is missing.
Police Sergeant H attached to the Bambalapitiya Police Field Force Headquarters has gone missing. Mr. Jayalath (5016).
It is said that the police have found a mobile phone belonging to the sergeant, a card and a passport for treatment at the Narahenpita Police Hospital on the Victoria Bridge.
